Here’s the honest version: I spent years struggling with my own weight and eating before fitness clicked. It wasn’t willpower I was missing — it was a routine that actually fitted my life. Eight years on, I’ve built that routine for myself and helped friends and family do the same.
I’ve been a hiker. I’ve been a distance runner. I now train almost exclusively with weights — because that’s what I’ve discovered I love. The point isn’t to copy what works for me. The point is to help you find the version of fitness that you’ll actually keep doing.
